Context & Problem
Managing customer data across multiple channels is a significant challenge for modern enterprise businesses. Data fragmentation leads to inconsistent user experiences and inefficient marketing campaigns.
The goal of the CDP (Customer Data Platform) B2B project was to design a comprehensive yet intuitive platform that allows marketing and data teams to aggregate customer information, build complex audience segments, and seamlessly trigger automated campaigns—without writing any SQL code.
I was responsible for the design and frontend development of the **NextData** platform MVP, ensuring a seamless bridge between complex data requirements and a high-performance user interface.
Solution
We designed a centralized B2B dashboard that simplifies data operations. The core of the solution is a visual drag-and-drop segment builder that translates complex data queries into an accessible UI.
- Unified Dashboard: At-a-glance metrics on customer acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.

- Information Architecture: Mapped out the complex system of data entities, relations, and user permissions to ensure a logical structure.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes to validate the flow of the visual segment builder and dashboard.
- UI/UX Design: Developed a clean, professional, and accessible design system suitable for a complex B2B enterprise tool.
Result & Impact
The resulting design transformed a highly technical workflow into an accessible, user-centric experience. The visual segment builder significantly reduced the time required to launch new campaigns and decreased reliance on backend data engineers.
